In Their Shoes: Domestic Violence Simulation
In Their Shoes is an innovative, interactive community education program designed to deepen understanding of domestic violence. Participants engage in scenarios reflecting the real-life experiences of those in abusive relationships. Through this simulation, participants will:

  • Think critically about the complexities of domestic violence.
  • Understand the challenges survivors face when seeking support.
  • Explore ways to hold perpetrators accountable.
  • Envision a community free from violence and abuse.

This powerful training aims to shift perceptions, foster empathy, and inspire meaningful action to support survivors and create safer communities. Ideal for groups of 10–30 participants.


In Their Shoes: Teen Dating Violence Simulation
This version of In Their Shoes focuses specifically on teen dating violence, providing an engaging and realistic look at the challenges teens face in unhealthy or abusive relationships. Participants navigate real-world scenarios and will:

  • Gain insights into the dynamics of teen dating violence.
  • Understand how peer pressure, social media, and isolation affect teens in abusive situations.
  • Explore ways to support teens and promote healthy relationships.
  • Envision a community that supports young people in building safe and respectful partnerships.

This simulation is ideal for educators, parents, and teens, as well as anyone working with youth. Groups of 10–30 participants will find it particularly impactful.


Domestic Violence in the Workplace
This 1-hour training is designed for employers, managers, and human resource professionals. Participants will learn:

  • How domestic violence affects the workplace.
  • Practical steps employers can take to support survivors.
  • Policy templates to create a safer, more supportive work environment.
